Glass, polymers, and metal form the foundation of the exterior, while well-thought-out lighting reinforces the sense of openness. The space is organized to maintain a light feel, with an emphasis on modern details.

The visualization was executed with close attention to light and textures, allowing the character of the future space to be fully conveyed as early as the design stage.
