Development of projects with the maximum consequence class CC3. Stages: concept design, design, construction documentation.
Sections: architecture, structures, HVAC, water supply & sewerage, electrical, structured cabling systems (SCS)
Obtaining All Permits
Submitting the project to the electronic project database, obtaining notice to commence construction,
construction permit, and commissioning permit for construction projects
Project Approvals
Approval of all sections of design documentation in state authorities and expert review
Author’s Supervision
Construction control and material cost monitoring at all stages. Maintaining the author’s supervision log
and submitting it to regulatory authorities
Cost Estimate
Preparation of cost estimates in AVK and submission for expert review. Preparing estimates for the client
to forecast and control construction expenses
3D Visualisation
High-quality 3D visualisation (3ds Max, Lumion, D5 Render), videos and presentations,
interactive 3D video tours using the Unreal Engine 4 game engine
Design Project
Development of a full design project (all engineering sections). Defining the style, selecting furniture,
